Role overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our customer service team. Your ultimate goal? Happy customers! You’ll lead and coach a team of 10 to 20 Customer Service Representatives, supporting their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding your team in handling customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat.
- Taking charge of complex customer cases and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensuring customer feedback is shared with relevant internal teams to improve our services.
- Keeping operations running efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Already based in the Netherlands
- Available 5 days a week and open to occasional weekend or evening shifts if needed.
- Experienced in a customer service role.
- A natural leader with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Approachable, supportive, and customer-focused.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and capable of inspiring your team to perform at their best.
