Once you apply for a vacancy through our careers page, our team will review your application, carefully evaluating your CV and motivation. If your profile aligns with the role, we’ll invite you to an initial video screening call.
For shortlisted candidates, our recruitment process typically involves three interview rounds:
1. Interview with the Hiring Manager
This is an opportunity to discuss your experience, skills, and alignment with the role and company.
2. Case Study or Technical Assessment
For non-technical roles: A case study where you can showcase your skills and problem-solving abilities.
For technical roles: A technical assessment to evaluate your expertise and hands-on knowledge.
3. Team Meeting
A conversation with team members who will work closely with the new hire. This round support us to assess cultural fit and provides insights into the team dynamics.
If everything aligns, we’ll move to the offer stage and present you with the opportunity to join ParkBee. Once you accept, the onboarding process begins, and we’ll welcome you as our newest team member!
