We have a highly international team with diverse disciplines, and we are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our sales team. Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty;
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue from existing partners;
- Effectively negotiate commercial terms and secure deals, striving for mutually beneficial outcomes;
- Present persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating how the company addresses specific business challenges;
- Translate client needs and feedback into product opportunities, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Manage and expand the portfolio in the Netherlands, building relationships with real estate investors and asset managers.
- Handle portfolios with 10 to 50 locations.

- Experience of 2 to 5 years in a sales/customer success role, preferably in the NL market.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM).
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate across functions and seniority; strong team player.
- Quick learner and interested in identifying decision-makers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-changing environment, you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scale-up.
- Based in the Netherlands.

- First Interview: Meet in the office with the Head of Sales to discuss the role and your qualifications.
- Assessment: Build a presentation for a potential client.
- Presentation: Present your role-play to the sales team (face-to-face stage).
