How do you contribute to the team?
ParkBee is growing fast and our ambition is to further expand across 15 countries in Europe to broaden our network even more. The responsibility of creating new partnerships with new locations lies with our Business Development team. In the centre of ParkBee, you will be playing a major role in our fast-paced growth. You will be responsible for preparing, meeting and communicating with potential and existing clients.
Main tasks/responsibilities:Ā
- Actively source new locations by visiting cities inĀ the NetherlandsĀ and Belgium (and possibly UK) and collecting all relevant data inĀ order to reach out to these locations;
- Gather more information of locations that are already in the CRM system via on-site visits and cold calls and updateĀ these into the CRM system;
- Develop and assist in conducting different kinds of content for potential clients in the real estate industry,Ā e.g., portfolioĀ analysis;
- Assist in current sales deal flow and the go-live of new locations;
- Run analysis and reports from the CRM system to provide sales information to your team;
- Create presentations and prepare other documentation for meetings.Ā
We are likely to be a match if you:
- Are a current student from the fields of business administration, economics, real estate, and/or sustainability looking for a full-time internship (40 hours);
- Are available for a 5-6 month internship starting in May/June;
- Are fluent in English & Dutch, written and spoken;
- Have affinity with Microsoft Office tooling and SalesforceĀ
- Are allowed to travel into the UK and EuropeĀ regularly (EU or UK Passport required);
- Are able to travel and stay in the UK and BelgiumĀ from-time-to-time;
- Have good analytical skills and a creative mindset. We love a go-getter attitude.
