Role Overview
By unlocking private parking locations for public use, we’re reducing congestion and making cities more livable. Our digital-first approach means that our ParkBee app is the gateway for users to seamlessly find and book parking spots across urban centers.
App growth is at the core of our strategy. That’s where you come in! We’re looking for an innovative and independent Freelance App Growth Marketer who can drive user acquisition, optimize visibility in app stores (ASO), manage App Store Ads (ASA), and enhance user engagement to increase retention and activation.
If you’re a data-driven growth marketer with a passion and proven track record for scaling apps, optimizing conversion funnels, and maximizing lifetime value - this is your opportunity to work with a fast-growing scale-up making a real impact in mobility!
What You’ll Be Doing

Optimize for visibility: Enhance our presence on the App Store and Google Play Store by conducting in-depth keyword research, refining metadata, running A/B tests, and improving creative assets to drive higher rankings and conversion rates.

Boost Engagement and Retention: Implement and refine push notifications, in-app messaging, and engagement strategies (via CleverTap) to keep users active and engaged while developing CRM initiatives to re-engage dormant users.

Turn Data into Strategy: Analyze app performance using tools like AppTweak, CleverTap, and Google Analytics. Translating insights into actionable growth strategies that continuously improve acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Collaboration: Work closely with the growth and product -team as well as UX designers to align app growth efforts with broader business goals.
What You Bring
- Proven expertise in app growth (3-5 years) with a strong track record in ASO, ASA, and user engagement strategies — ideally within mobility, travel, or marketplace apps.
- Data-driven mindset, using analytics and key performance metrics to refine campaigns, optimize user acquisition, and drive retention.
- Hands-on & proactive approach, thriving as an independent freelancer while seamlessly collaborating with internal teams to align on growth objectives.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to test, iterate, and execute quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What You’ll Receive

- A freelance role (16-20 hours per week) with the opportunity to shape and scale app growth in a fast-moving scale-up for initially a 3 month period, where you are expected to be in our dynamic office space
- Competitive freelance compensation: €70 per hour
