We're looking for a Junior Office Manager & People Experience Champion to ensure our workplace is an inspiring, efficient, and joyful place to be. With a team of 75 amazing people, we believe a great workplace isn't just about the work—it's about the experience. Your role will be at the heart of that!
What You’ll Do
💡 Keep the office running like clockwork
- Be the go-to person for all office needs. Whether it's managing supplies, arranging maintenance, or keeping our space organized and efficient, you’ll make it tick.
- Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, service providers, and colleagues to keep everything in top shape.
- Solve small issues before they become big problems, proactively improving how we work together.
🎉 Create "wow" employee experience moments
- Organise events and celebrations such as team lunches, birthdays, work anniversaries, and company socials that bring people together and embrace our cultural value: Enjoy the Ride.
- Help make onboarding a fantastic experience for new joiners by coordinating their tech and ensuring they feel welcomed from day one alongside our People Operations Coordinator.
- Surprise and delight your colleagues with small but impactful moments that make their workdays better.

- Take charge of provisioning the office with lunch, healthy snacks, and drinks - ensuring we’re fueled for success.

What We’re Looking For
- You love creating great experiences for others and take pride in delivering excellent service.
- You’re organised, resourceful, and proactive - you spot issues and fix them before anyone even notices.
- You’re a social butterfly who enjoys bringing people together and creating an office culture where people love to work.
- You thrive in fast paced, dynamic environments where every day is different, handling new situations with a can-do mindset.
- Prior experience is not essential, we care more about your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to make things happen!
- Fluent or intermediate Dutch would be advantageous but is not essential.
- You already live within ~30 minutes of the ParkBee office and do not need work sponsorship.
What You’ll Receive
We believe a career at ParkBee offers exponential growth and learning by offering an environment with high ownership, accountability and impact at every level. In addition, we offer a competitive reward offer comprising:
- A starting salary of between €35-38k (pro rata) dependent on experience with a compensation model that recognises high performers;
- A flexible, part-time role (between 24-32 hours per week over either 4 or 5 days) that fits around your life.
- An annual allowance of €1,500 (pro rata) for learning and growth in your role;
- Initial contract of 12 months, to be extended by mutual agreement.
- 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus additional leave schemes;
- Daily fresh lunch in the office (we're primarily an in-person company with home working flexibility);
- A generous employer pension scheme and additional long term performance based incentives linked to the success of ParkBee and your contribution.
Interview process
We believe in a transparent and thorough interview process to ensure the best fit for you and our team. Here’s what you can expect:
- Exploratory call with our Head of People (online, by 28 March);
- Interview with our Office Manager (in person, between 17 March to 4 April). The role is open due to internal promotion;
- Task to complete from home;
- Onsite interviews: Head of People followed by our CEO and Senior Recruiter (office, by 24 April);
- Offer (by 25 April) followed by start date on Monday 2nd June.
