The role
As the Content and Communications Manager, you will own the end-to-end communication strategy for our brand, spanning social media, public relations, and strategic messaging for both B2B and B2C audiences. Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll craft compelling narratives that align with our vision and drive engagement across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate effectively as a one-person communications powerhouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic communications: develop and execute a cohesive communications strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Content creation: craft high-quality, engaging content for a variety of channels, including blog posts, social media, newsletters, press releases, and internal communications.
- Brand management: ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, refining our voice and positioning to stand out in the marketplace.
- Social media management: own our social media presence, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to optimize growth and engagement.
- Public Relations: build and maintain relationships with media outlets, draft press materials, and manage proactive and reactive PR efforts to enhance our brand visibility.
- Stakeholder collaboration: work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment on messaging, and support cross-functional teams with communication needs.
- Analytics and reporting: track and analyze communication metrics to measure success and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, communications, or public relations, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven ability to craft and execute successful B2B and B2C communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Experience with media relations and managing PR campaigns.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

- Based in the Netherlands (we won't relocate from overseas for this role).
What You'll Receive:
- Attractive salary of €60-75k dependent on experience with a model that recognises high performers.
- An annual allowance of €1,500 for learning and growth in your role.
- An initial contract of 12 months to be extended by mutual agreement.
