Role overview
As our User Insights Analyst, you will be at the heart of data-driven decision-making, using your analytical expertise to drive commercial success and shape our digital strategy. You will uncover trends, recommend strategies, and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to optimize digital performance.
With a focus on innovation, user experience, and commercial outcomes, you will play a key role in driving the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to shaping ParkBee’s digital strategy by identifying trends and opportunities in user behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive performance.
- Analyse and interpret data from diverse sources (including but not limited to web, mobile apps, social, and ad campaigns), to uncover growth opportunities.
- Design and manage event tracking systems to monitor user behaviour across platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of user behaviour, conversion trends, and multitouch attribution, providing actionable insights to improve acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Develop and lead experimentation frameworks, including A/B and multivariate testing, to identify opportunities for optimization and growth across digital platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyse experiments that enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and drive engagement.

Analyse multitouch user journeys and attribution models to improve acquisition strategies and identify opportunities for retention optimization.
- Develop intuitive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, enabling data-driven decisions.

Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering to align data insights with business goals and ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Required skills and qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience as an Insight Analyst or in a similar role dealing with users.

Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.

Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, including event tracking setup and management.
- Expertise in experimentation design, implementation, and analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing.
- Strong focus on user experience, with the ability to provide actionable insights that drive commercial performance.
- High-level knowledge of attribution modelling and analysing multitouch user journeys to optimize acquisition and retention strategies.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with advanced data visualization tools
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles to contextualize performance metrics and user acquisition strategies.
