As we continue to expand across the Netherlands, UK, and beyond, we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead our hiring across both tech and non-tech roles, building a world class team that will drive ParkBee’s mission to reshape the future of parking.

As our Senior Recruiter, you’re not just hiring – you’re building ParkBee’s future. You’ll be the beating heart of our talent engine, leading our recruiting efforts and partnering with our management team to attract, engage and onboard the best of the best. From sourcing dynamic engineers to passionate product experts and go-getting sales pros, you’ll shape our recruitment plans, elevate our hiring processes, and ensure we’re building a world-class team ready to tackle the challenges of urban tech. This isn’t just about filling seats; it’s about ensuring ParkBee is prepped for international scale, with a team that thrives on innovation, agility, and impact.
What You'll Do:
- Own our hiring plan delivery: Own the predictable, reliable delivery of our annual hiring goals across the Netherlands, UK, and new international markets.
- Shape the recruitment process: Be a trusted partner to hiring managers for roles in Engineering, Product, Corporate, Sales and Operations, shaping the process to deliver the best results.
- Champion diversity & creativity in sourcing: Develop unique and inclusive strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates through networking, tools, and creative sourcing.
- Promote ParkBee's talent brand: Share our mission and culture with the world, leveraging our employer brand and value proposition to attract purpose-driven professionals.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: Maintain an inclusive, transparent, and high-touch process that candidates remember for the right reasons.
- Leverage data for smarter hiring: Use analytics and KPIs to refine recruitment processes, continuously improving efficiency and quality.
- Wider People & Culture contribution: reporting to the Head of People, work within the People & Culture team and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enable ParkBee’s success.
About You:
- Proven talent magnet: You bring 4+ years of high-impact recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing tech or startup settings, with a relentless passion for hiring!
- Relationship builder: You thrive on meeting new people, forging connections, and nurturing excellent candidate and hiring manager relationships.
- Adaptable and open-minded: You enjoy bouncing ideas with your partners, take feedback onboard and willingly pivot as needed to meet shared goals.
- Resourceful & inventive: You find talent in places others overlook, exploring new and creative sourcing techniques, and you genuinely care about diversity in talent.
- Data-driven decision maker: You rely on data to guide recruitment decisions and are unafraid to adjust when new insights arise.

What You'll Receive:
- Attractive salary of €50-65k dependent on experience with a model that recognises high performers.
- An annual allowance of €1,500 for learning and growth in your role.
- An initial contract of 12 months, to be extended by mutual agreement.

What's Next:
In order to facilitate a start date in January or 1 February 2025, applications will be open until 22 November. You'll then meet with numerous key team members to get a feel for the role and our ways of working and ethos at ParkBee:
* 1st interview with our Head of People
* 2nd interview with one of our Managing Directors or Executive Board
* Task to prepare
* Presentation, followed by a meeting with the People & Culture team.
