ParkBee is seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Amsterdam. If you are research-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
At ParkBee, we optimize the use of existing underutilized parking spaces. Our mission is to provide the best experience for car drivers while giving space back to the city. We specialize in creating property management solutions that connect seamlessly with third-party apps via API, building an efficient marketplace for real estate owners (B2B) who want to manage their garages more effectively. With 12 locations live and a growing demand for our services, we're at an exciting juncture.

How you contribute to ParkBee
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential sales opportunities during the pre-sales phase. Your primary focus will be on collecting accurate information and identifying decision-makers to support our Business Development Managers (BDMs). This is not a meeting-setting role, but an investigative position requiring a sharp eye for detail and disciplined research skills.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential sales locations and decision-makers, such as asset managers.
- Collect and update real estate data in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Make phone calls to gather accurate information about potential clients.
- Support the BDM team by providing detailed and precise information.
- Ensure all data is accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system.

- Assessment: Conduct a 15-minute source research, identify the contact person, and present your findings to the team.
- Role-Play: Demonstrate your ability to interact with potential clients.
