How you contribute to ParkBee
ParkBee is growing fast, and data-driven decisions combined with strong brand presence are key to our success. You will be an integral part of the Global Commercial team, participating in a comprehensive learning program that spans analytical and marketing functions driving strategic initiatives across Europe. Through structured mentorship, you will develop skills in translating business questions into actionable insights, creating compelling B2B content, and understanding lead generation processes that fuel commercial growth.
Learning Objectives & Development Areas:
Data Analytics Development: Learn to analyze commercial data, create reports, and build dashboards (e.g., Salesforce/Omni/Excel) while developing understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) under mentor guidance.
B2B Market Research Skills: Gain experience in prospect identification, contact research methodology, and market segmentation techniques for B2B partners, with educational feedback on effective lead qualification processes.
Marketing Strategy Exposure: Develop understanding of B2B marketing execution across multiple channels (social media, email, website) through hands-on learning and structured feedback sessions.
Content Creation Training: Build practical skills in B2B content development including case studies, blog posts, and sales materials, receiving continuous coaching on professional business communication.
Performance Analysis Learning: Develop analytical capabilities by observing and learning marketing performance measurement and sales metrics interpretation with mentor support.
Cross-functional Collaboration Experience: Learn to work effectively across Global Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Operations teams while developing stakeholder communication skills.
Business Presentation Skills: Gain experience preparing presentations and documentation to communicate insights, with structured feedback on professional communication and data storytelling.

We have the perfect spot if you:
Are a current student in the Netherlands from the fields of business administration, economics, marketing, communications, or a related analytical/technical field, looking for a full-time internship (40 hours);
Are available for a 5-6 month internship starting February 2026;
Are fluent in English, written and spoken;
Have advanced affinity with data analysis tools, in particular Google Spreadsheets/Excel;
Have affinity with content creation and social media management;
Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn) is a strong plus;
Have strong analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a go-getter attitude. We love proactive problem-solvers eager to learn.
