Role Overview
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for nurturing client relationships? As a Key Account Manager based in our office in the Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong partnerships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving account growth. Your expertise in understanding client needs and your excellent communication skills will be essential in promoting product upselling and enhancing service delivery. What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem solving and timely support, building personal relationships is key in this market. Develop and implement strategies to address client feedback and enhance service delivery, measuring the impact with NPS surveys.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth by growing the number of new locations within your client portfolio. Understand the needs of each client and location, turning these insights into actionable opportunities.
- Partnerships: Guide partners and clients through the implementation processes, ensuring they understand how our platform connects with their existing systems and the value it delivers
- Product Upselling: Promote and upsell additional products, such as community features and ANPR cameras, to existing clients. Manage your sales cycle and outreach to drive results, educating clients on the benefits and functionalities of new products to increase adoption and revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance and client satisfaction metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on account growth and upselling initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, marketing and operations, to align strategies and enhance client offerings.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales in a client facing role, with a proven track record of managing and nurturing high-value client relationships.
- Proven experience in a client facing role, with a focus on client satisfaction and account growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to initiate and execute impactful client experience projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory for this role.

- Attractive base salary up to €59,000 incl. holiday allowance dependent on experience, with a model that recognizes high performers.

- An initial contract of 12 months to be extended by mutual agreement.
