Role Overview
ParkBee is entering an exciting new phase of growth and seeks a proactive and hands-on Operations Intern. As our Operations Specialist, you’ll be working right in the heart of ParkBee Services. The hundreds of property owners and thousands of loyal clients prove the value of our contribution. For our next growth phase, we will connect with even more property owners and parking spaces on our platform while continuing to optimise our existing properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in monitoring and analysing daily operations across different countries and cities
- Collect, organise, and interpret data related to parking space usage, customer behavior, and operational KPI's
- Help streamline communication between local teams and central operations
- Support process optimizsation initiatives (e.g., reducing downtime, improving turnaround, increasing space utilization)
- Assist with reporting and presentations for internal stakeholders and regional managers
- Participate in vendor coordination, onboarding processes, or contract administration as needed
- Provide ad-hoc project support on strategic initiatives (e.g., market expansion, pricing models, service design)
- Conduct location visits and operational health checkups to ensure site performance and quality standards are met
Requirements
- HBO student in Business Administration, Operations/ Supply Chain Management or any other relevant program
- A self-starter who is proactive, hands-on, curious, and motivated. You want to go the extra mile. You get the job done!
- Affinity for technology and a great eye for detail and data accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is preferred, but not required)
- Driver's license; regular visits to our locations are part of the job
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-changing environment, you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scale-up.
