Project Manager, New Locations - DUTCH REQUIRED (Fulltime)

We partner up with third-party applications such as Parkmobile, Park-line, and RingGo to improve our services even more. The job 
ParkBee is evolving and growing fast and our ambition requires more and more parking spots at both familiar and challenging locations. You will be responsible for launching new locations and making them ParkBee ready for our users, ensuring the owner and tenants are onboard. This means that you will be handling multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, all requiring alignment with stakeholders and hitting tight deadlines. You will be part of the Project Management team; they will assist you in getting the projects live and obtain the right support from others within our organisation. Some of your tasks:

  • Ensure the successful delivery of new locations ready for hand-over to the Operations team. Think about ParkBee branding, signage, and more;
  • Be in charge of running multiple projects at once, handling impactful locations and budgets;
  • Develop a detailed project plan and track progress on your key deliverables;
  • Set up and continuously improve the location transition process. You will be working closely with our Business Development Managers;
  • Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders from different departments and partners;
  • Ensure the launch strategy stays in line with ParkBee’s operational goals while looking for creative ways to make it more scalable and maintainable.

We are likely to be a match if you have:

  • Strong project management skills;
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations or project management in an off-line environment;
  • Great interpersonal skills, effective time management, and go-getter attitude; 
  • A data-driven mindset and make your decisions based on data insights;
  • A wish to travel throughout the Netherlands regularly;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google applications;
  • The ability to speak and write in Dutch and English;
