Operations Manager

Who we are:

ParkBee is a digital car park operator. Our mission is to remove parked cars from the street and give space back to the city. These last few years we have seen our business grow exceptionally. Now, we are accelerating growth and are managing a large fleet of car parks. For this, we are in need of an experienced Operations Manager, one who can take the user experience of the garage to the next level and scale our operations in NL.


What you’ll be doing:

Many processes happen simultaneously across our operations. As our Operations Manager, you manage the locations and stay on top of daily challenges and make sure we live up to our brand promises. You do this by implementing diverse projects and ideas to optimise processes so we can continue growing at the current incredible speed. 

Our locations are managed by real estate firms, property managers and our in-house partners: you will need to build strong relationships with these stakeholders and use this network to scale our operations. You do this by being punctual, communicate clearly and be open for change. You are a ParkBee ambassador and trusted by our accounts, in this way you will take our business to the next level.

Task & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ParkBee car parks independently and ensure an outstanding user experience:
    • Formulate, manage and monitor data and metrics from our car parks while improving processes and operational performance.
    • Be up to date on rebuildings, renovations and transfers in our portfolio. 
    • Design processes to handle damages, outages and other issues concerning our car parks. Analyse the impact for customers and clients and resolve the issues based on these analyses.
  • Collaborate with existing partners to ensure a (cost-) efficient operation.
  • Be the main contact for our locations and communicate with the locations user groups and stakeholders.
  • Create and improve routing and signage throughout the car parks; take the customer experience to the next level.
  • Look for new operational partners, so we’re able to offer different services in existing and future car parks
  • Collaborate with our product team on technological development projects to ensure an optimal roll-out of new features in our car parks. 

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone bright, motivated, and entrepreneurial who is seeking a role where they can truly make an impact. You love processes,  to take responsibility and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

We are likely to be a match if you: 

  • Have at least 5 years experience as an operations manager or similar role
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Have a data-driven mindset; you base your decisions on data insights.
  • Are entrepreneurial and a self-starter
  • Have the ability to see the bigger picture, whilst also having an eye for detail.
  • Are licensed to drive a car.
