Corporate Finance & Development Manager

For this, we are looking for a top-notch Corporate Development Manager. Someone with a good eye for strategy, outstanding financial skills and the ability to execute. With your financial analyses and clever strategies, you will support our Management and Acquisitions Team in their daily operations. 

What you’ll be doing:

As a Corporate Development Manager, you will be of great importance for leading our growth, both organically and through M&A. In this position, you’ll report directly to our CFO and actively contribute to the future of digital parking.

On a daily basis, you will help set and execute strategy. You’ll advise our teams in making substantiated financial decisions and develop strategic development plans. Since our business requires a lot of teamwork, you will join forces with all stakeholders connected to ParkBee. You will team up with all departments, from Acquisitions to Tech, and frequently interact with partners and advisors throughout the industry. Last but not least: as you are essential to our growth, you will actively advise management, providing them with strategic insights and financial analyses.

Who we’re looking for:

For this leading position, we are looking for someone with a background in (corporate) finance. Aside from that, we are looking for someone who dares to make a change. Switching from a corporate organisation to a scale-up requires guts!

We are likely to be a match, if you: 

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, for example at an investment bank, consultancy, venture capital or corporate development department;
  • Have very strong numerical and modelling skills, as well as affinity with strategy;
  • Are able to present complex financial and strategic matters in a coherent and logical way is a must;
  • Are intrinsically looking to contribute to our growth;
  • Have experience or a proven affinity with M&A, fundraising and financial structuring;
  • Are adaptable and able to work in a fast-changing environment, you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scale-up.
