Business Development Manager

ParkBee is a digital car park operator. Our mission is to remove parked cars from the street and give space back to the city. These last few years we have seen our business grow exceptionally. Now, we are accelerating growth and ready to conquer the rest of Europe. 

What you'll be doing: 

Alongside our international ambitions, we are looking to add a qualified Business Development Manager to our ever-expanding Acquisitions Team. In this role, you're of great importance to our growth. You will open up new opportunities, by tapping into your and our existing network. You accelerate opportunities, identify and approach real estate investors for portfolio deals with multiple locations, and you will support in deal-closing. Daily responsibilities will include: 

  • Acquiring more locations & parking spots with our current real estate clients, something that directly brings in additional revenue;
  • Open-up new locations with new prospects;
  • Being responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients;
  • Having an important role in contact with executives and other senior representatives like asset managers of real estate owners;
  • Leveraging a sales acquisition process;
  • Representing ParkBee on real estate events and supporting us in realising our strategic, international ambitions.

Who we are looking for: 

For this hands-on position, we are looking for a commercial and entrepreneurial business development manager. Someone who’s creative and finds solutions to enhance new business, one way or another. It’s important to have a strong hands-on mentality in all aspects of the role. Simultaneously, you must not be afraid of legal thinking and reading. It’s also important that you feel at home in a hard-working, energetic environment and that you are ready to make a difference. 

We are likely to be a match, if you:

  • Have previous work experience as a B2B Account Manager or Business Development Manager for 3-6 years;
  • Have a commercial bachelor degree or business economics (HBO/WO);
  • Are empathic, commercial and deal-driven;
  • Are a team player fitting a scale-up culture, which is entrepreneurial and challenging;
  • Are driven to get results and creative in realizing these results;
  • You are fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing) and comfortable in speaking/writing English;
  • Preferably you have experience with or in the real estate domain.
