Role Overview
Are you a relationship builder with a proven track record in driving account growth and client satisfaction? As a Senior Key Account Manager based in Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding ParkBee's existing Belgian portfolio, with a primary focus on our strategic partnerships and direct clients in the hotel and commercial real estate sectors. Your expertise in account management, your ability to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and your proven track record in upselling will be essential in maximizing revenue from our Belgian market presence and ensuring exceptional client experiences. What You'll Be Doing
Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support. Build personal relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for Belgian clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Develop and implement strategies to address client feedback and enhance service delivery. Measure impact with NPS surveys and client satisfaction metrics.
Account Growth & Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth by expanding to new locations from your existing client portfolio. Understand the needs of each client and location and turn this into expansion opportunities. Run your own sales cycle and outreach to drive results. Target expansion locations from existing Belgian accounts including our BePark partnership portfolio and direct client base.
Product Upselling: Promote and upsell additional products and features such as more parking spaces, ANPR cameras, full management services, and parking management software to existing clients. Educate clients on the benefits and functionalities of new products to drive adoption and increase revenue. Execute yield management improvements at priority locations.
Strategic Partnership Management: Manage and strengthen our strategic partnership with BePark (+150 locations) and other Belgian partners. Ensure partnership performance meets expectations and identify opportunities for partnership expansion. Work with partners to optimize location performance and explore new collaboration opportunities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track account performance and client satisfaction metrics across the Belgian portfolio. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on account growth, upselling initiatives, and market insights. Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Belgian market.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery across Belgian locations. Partner with Product team on feature adoption and client feedback. Collaborate Amsterdam HQ team on market strategy and best practices. Support new business efforts by providing client references and market insights.
Market Intelligence: Provide insights on Belgian market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client needs. Identify trends in the hotel and commercial real estate sectors that inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
What You Bring
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a key account management or customer success role, with a focus on client satisfaction and account growth.
Demonstrated success in expanding existing accounts and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell.
Strong understanding of B2B business models and industry trends, particularly in hospitality or commercial real estate.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Able to initiate as well as execute impactful projects independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly across Belgium.
Willingness to visit our Amsterdam HQ regularly for alignment and collaboration.
Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory; English proficiency required.
Experience in Prop-Tech, hospitality tech, or related sectors is a strong advantage.

Attractive base salary between €75,000 to €86,150 dependent on experience and track record, with a model that recognises high performers.
Sales bonus scheme with on-target earnings (OTE) of €20,000 annually, paid quarterly based on performance relative to account growth targets.
