Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator at ParkBee plays a key role in delivering excellent service to our parking location partners by responding to inquiries, handling maintenance requests, and helping navigate ParkBee’s digital parking solutions. This role involves supporting accounts, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and assisting the Operations Team to address system-related issues. The Operations Coordinator also proactively engages with customers, provides onboarding assistance, and helps to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Inquiries Management: Respond to client inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve partner and owner issues and complaints by coordinating with internal departments, providing clear updates to clients.
- Account Management Support: Assist Account Managers in handling client accounts by managing updates, tracking progress, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitoring: Ensure that partner requests and issues are handled in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs, escalating when necessary.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support new owners onboarding by guiding them through the setup process, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Client Training: Provide owners with product or service training, offering demonstrations or written guides to help them use the company’s offerings effectively.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a liaison between owners and internal teams such as technical support, sales, product development, and external partners, to ensure client needs are met.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Regularly check in with owners to assess satisfaction, address potential issues, and provide recommendations for additional products or services.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify trends in owner or partner issues and provide feedback to improve processes, product features, or service quality.
What You Bring
- Are self-starter who are proactive, hands-on, curious, and motivated. You want to go the extra mile. You get the job done!
- Have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an operations management position or project management with a commercial mindset
- Are capable of naturally leading projects in the right direction, overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing stakeholders, and setting the right priorities (big vs. smaller issues)
- Have an affinity for technology and a great eye for detail and data accuracy
- Ability to communicate across functions and seniority; strong team player
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Are licensed to drive a car; travel to our locations and regular visits to locations are part of the job
- Are adaptable and able to work in a fast-changing environment, you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scale-up.
