How you contribute to ParkBee
ParkBee is growing fast and our ambition is to further expand across 15 countries in Europe to broaden our network even more. The People & Culture team is a dedicated, motivated, fun and social People team of 2 people, looking for an amazing intern to join us, learn new things and contribute to the team and to ParkBee.
We take care of everything related to people. From learning & development, benefits and HR policies to recruitment, office management and much more. You will be working from the very heart of our organisation, which means you will have an impactful role as Human Resources (HR) Intern.
We need to be ready to scale further, therefore our platforms and tools need to be ready for that too. Of course, it doesn’t end there, you will continuously be looking into our existing processes and tools we use internally and improvements we can make in the office.
The job:
Creating and improving People Processes together with the People & Culture Coordinator;
Show you’re creativity and work on initiatives which encourage the internal connectivity even more in the office;
Improve current HR systems and tooling like our career site, online handbook and project management tools and research future HR systems which help us to grow;
Take on long-term projects related to employee personal development and feedback cycles;
Hands-on support and assist in team event planning and office management. Think of creating amazing onboarding packages or our next Themed Friday Drinks;
Help in onboarding new colleagues and assist existing team members with daily requests;
We treat you as a full team member, so we also expect you to bring your ideas on existing P&C challenges.

We have the perfect spot if you:
Are currently studying in the fields of Business administration, Human Resources, Communications or Psychology;
Are available for a 5-6 month internship starting asap;
Are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken;
Like to organise team events and are very organised yourself;
Are a team player and love to care about the team;
Have great computer skills, are tech savvy and have affinity with Microsoft Office tooling;
Have a go-getter attitude and you are eager to learn;
Are fine-details oriented and not afraid to ask questions or approach others.
