Senior Acquisitions Manager

Alongside our international ambitions, we are looking to add a qualified Acquisitions Manager to our ever-expanding team. His or her goal is to build an ever stronger foundation in The Netherlands. What you will be doing

As the Senior Acquisition Manager you will have an important role in our company. Together with our Chief Investment Officer, you will execute the supply strategy to attract large-scale clients. You will drive results by improving the supply strategy, managing and executing this plan. Aside from that, you will collaborate with our innovative tech & data teams to help shape our product. 

In your position, you are: 

  • Focused on initiating, managing and ultimately closing acquisitions or strategic partnerships with large-scale, real-estate clients;
  • Effectively structuring complex transactions;
  • Responsible for aligning business development strategy with our partner companies;
  • Supporting the local acquisitions teams with your network to open up new opportunities and to accelerate the deal-making process;
  • Expanding our supply strategy in our core market and later in the rest of Western-Europe. 

Who we’re looking for: 

We are looking for an experienced Acquisitions manager who is hands-on, has a disruptive approach, analytical and strategically smart. Someone who’s ready to take action and is a strong people’s person.

We will likely be a match, if:

  • You have experience in strategic investments, or in an acquisitions leadership role as part of a (real estate) investment firm or company;
  • You have vast experience in real-estate and/or private equity within a reputable organisation, ideally with exposure to a prop-tech environment;
  • You are solution driven; creative and always think ahead;
  • You have proven experience in an analytical and financial field;
  • You have excellent knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation analysis;
  • You have an outstanding organisational and leadership abilities;
  • You are flexible, based in Amsterdam and willing to travel on a regular basis.
