13% of the city of Amsterdam's space is used for outdoor parking. At ParkBee we are on a mission to make optimal use of space by reducing the need for on-street parking.

We are ParkBee. We develop smart tech. Our Mobility Management Solution optimises the use of underutilised parking space to get cars off the street and KEEP YOUR CITY MOVING.

We have big ambitions with an ever evolving product to expand our reach across the Netherlands. That’s why we need you to join us: to add new ParkBee locations to our network and add additional value to our existing locations.

What you’ll be doing:

Our Acquisitions team is looking for an account manager to further expand our reach within the Netherlands. It’s of great importance that we’re adding more locations to our network and getting more out of our existing locations. Together with your team of three account managers and a lead generator, you'll be in charge of converting leads into deals, or in other words into new ParkBee locations.

We're looking for someone who has a hands-on personality, someone who's always finding creative and convincing ways to create new opportunities. Are you the one who brings our energy to the next level? 💪


  • You will play an active role in the full acquisitions process: find new opportunities by focussing on small and medium-sized accounts, reach out to location owners and other involved parties (property managers, asset managers and/or renters) and of course: closing deals!
  • You will have an active relationship with new as well as existing location owners and are continuously looking for creative ways to keep them involved in our latest developments.
  • Keep track of the progress and information about your leads in Salesforce.
  • Ensure a smooth deal-flow together with your team, to make sure that we connect new locations to our network.
  • Share experiences with the UK acquisitions team and future acquisitions team.
  • Represent ParkBee at expos, conferences and events.

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for someone bright, motivated, tech savvy, entrepreneurial and passionate about B2B sales who is seeking a role where they can truly make a substantial impact.

  • 1-4 years experience in sales or business development
  • You’re solution driven; creative and always think ahead.
  • You’re professional, organised, commercial and deal-driven.
  • A real team player, that’s who you are, you find it important to work within an entrepreneurial environment.
  • You love looking for new opportunities and are always looking for creative ways to get your work done!
  • Strong communicative skills, both written as verbally. Fluent and flawless in Dutch and comfortable speaking and writing in English.
  • You might already have experience in real-estate, which would be a big plus!
