At ParkBee we optimize the use of existing parking spaces. We work together with property owners, ensure the best experience for car drivers, and most important of all, give space back to the city!

As our Lead Recruiter you’ll make more hearts beat faster to join us on our bold mission at ParkBee. Together with highly motivated Hiring Managers, including our inspirational Founder & CTO Jay (aka Jian) and energetic Recruitment team you’ll work on a heartfelt ambition: make sure we hire the right person for the right spot ;). Now that we triumphed our startup phase successfully, we are shifting into the exciting scaleup era accompanied by an ambitious hiring roadmap. This is where you come in. As a true leader by example plus ParkBee ambassador you represent us within the Tech scale up job market. You understand the importance of strategic workforce planning, employer branding, candidate experience, skilled hiring teams and creative sourcing activities to get the best teams in place for our product, demand, operations, people & culture and supply teams. 

Given the size of our team and our bold ambitions, you’ll get the freedom to really run your own operations and work on both operational and strategic levels. This means on one side, you’ll work on strategic plans to keep us two steps ahead in winning the recruitment game. On the other side you’ll also get your hands dirty by running hiring procedures and managing all facets of the hiring flow from sourcing to offer. You will act as a business partner for hiring managers and collaborate closely together in building the ParkBee dreamteam 🚀.

We have your perfect spot if you:

  • Have 4+ years of full-cycle Recruitment experience in a Tech, preferably at a Scaleup.
  • Possess a ‘get-things-done’ attitude and are a fun(ny) colleague with endless creative new ideas; execute, pivot, repeat! 
  • Have experience in a leading role being responsible for the full recruitment strategy, workforce planning, talent pooling, managing partnerships and allocating budget. 
  • Can add to this list with ease: Linkedin (surprise me!), Indeed, Octohunt, StackOverflow, Github, AmazingHiring and have special (hacking) powers while using them!
  • Aim for top scores for you and your team; quality hires, inmail response rate, offer acceptance rate, referrals, time to hire, etc.
  • Love to try out new dishes: your colleagues know 18 international cuisines ;-)
  • Speak and write Dutch flawlessly and are comfortable in English (It gets more fluid, I mean fluent during Friday drinks;)).
