At ParkBee, we increase the use of existing parking spaces. We work together with property owners, ensure the best experience for car drivers, and most important of all, give space back to the city!

How you contribute to ParkBee

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be working right in the heart of ParkBee. The hundreds of property owners and thousands of loyal users prove what the value of our contribution is. For our next growth phase, we will connect with even more property owners and parking spaces to our platforms. That is where you come in. 

You will ensure the full integration, installation and onboarding of new locations which includes engaging with involved parties like owners and tenants. Furthermore, you will manage the properties and stay on top of daily challenges and improve operational processes. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, both launching new and managing current properties. It is also essential to build strong relationships with stakeholders (real estate firms, property managers and in-house partners) and use this network to scale our operations. 

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Get parking spaces ready for launch! You are the go-to person for everything (branding, signage, budget control) and you work with internal teams and technical partners to get it done in time. 
  • Improve location performance and take steps to prevent structural issues.
  • Develop structural improvement plans, monitor progress, and present results with the stakeholders;
  • Regularly visit and manage the ParkBee car parks independently and ensure an outstanding user experience; 
  • Collaborate with our tech team to ensure an optimal roll-out of features in our car parks.

We’re looking for someone communicative, proactive, hands-on, curious, motivated, and outgoing. You take responsibility to get the job done and thrive in the dynamics of a scale-up. Together with Michael & Corneel (Project Managers), Rutger (Operations Manager), Egor (Operations Associate) and the Customer Support team, you will make the growth of ParkBee possible, one property at a time. Combine that with solving a worldwide problem, and you get a legacy you want to leave behind, right?

We have your perfect spot if you:

  • Have 2-5 years of experience as an operations manager or similar role;
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Are licensed to drive a car;
  • Are able to naturally lead projects in the right direction, oversee the day-to-day operations, manage stakeholders and set the right priorities (big vs smaller issues).
