We are ParkBee, we develop smart tech to give space back to the city. With our mobility management solutions, we optimise the use of underutilised parking spaces and get cars off the streets. We partner up with third party applications such as Parkmobile, Park-line and RingGo to improve our services even more. ParkBee’s Customer Service

While working with our Customer Service team, you will be part of the Operations department. Our goal is to offer the ultimate experience for each user as their first point of contact. We work hard every day to put a smile on the faces of thousands of users in the Netherlands. At ParkBee, we have the ambition to grow and expand to even more users. You will play a crucial role in this process as our new Customer Service Representative. Communication is key in our team and you will soon be introduced to our proactive and diverse sphere.

We get a lot of questions from users, partners, and more. You will ensure that every question is answered and every problem is solved. It is your responsibility to put a smile on a customer’s face whether that is via the phone or through an email. You will be the ambassador of ParkBee and you will be proactively contributing to the solution for our user’s problem. Sounds good right? Keep reading! 


Who you are

You love helping people and are supportive. Are you a good listener? A teamplayer with an outgoing personality? Great! That means you’re quick to solve problems and are proactive. You are eager to learn more and take initiative. On top of that you love to think about creative ways to improve processes within ParkBee and you never hesitate to make an extra step for our users. A little pressure doesn’t scare you. You are excited to work at a fast growing scale-up and open to change. Does this sound like you? Find out more! 


We are likely to be a match if you:

  • Are flexible with work hours (evening/weekends) and available for 32-40 hours a week;
  • Live in or near Amsterdam;
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service;
  • Are a problem-solver that can work well under pressure;
  • Have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, and can easily understand users and show empathy;
  • Have an HBO mindset;
  • Have experience with Zendesk (a plus);
  • Are serious about your work, but also love to have a laugh with users.
