The job
Building strong relationships with our clients is crucial for our growth. Currently, we are managing over 300 parking locations in The Netherlands and each location has multiple contacts. As our Client Success Manager, you assist our clients in adopting and optimising our digital parking products in order to drive business value. 

Your portfolio consists of a variety of Real Estate and Hotel clients. To ensure optimal success and help our clients to shape their strategic vision around the use of our products you collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, product, and operations. You will also be a client advocate, helping to push for feature requests and resolve escalations. 

Some of your tasks:

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to encourage contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells;
  • Facilitate Business Meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Build and maintain a rapid channel of communication to clients in case of product or service-related issues/events.
  • Understand the motivation, business drivers, and strategic goals of your clients in order to identify, create, and implement internal process improvements to increase efficiency;
  • Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and escalate deployment issues as needed for clients, and identify new expansion opportunities with existing clients;
  • Maintain high levels of engagement across a broad group of customers, with an emphasis on customer appreciation and advocacy, and establish trusted advisor relationships with business decision-makers.

Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an analytical, creative person with great communication skills. You are a proactive person with the know-how on how to provide the best client experience. You do this efficiently, with a passion to make everyone happy and useful. You are open to giving and receiving feedback and a challenge does not scare you, because it will only make you better! We will likely be a match if you:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or customer success role. 
  • Have the ability to multi-task and provide excellent follow-ups. You are excited about working in a fast-paced, multiple account environment;
  • Have an understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and you have an affinity with technology. Bonus if you have experience with SalesForce.
  • Have a customer-centric approach, are able to identify client’s needs and understand conversion and sales cycles;
  • Have an HBO level degree and are fluent and flawless in Dutch and English.
