What are you going to do?
ParkBee is evolving and growing fast and our ambition requires more and more parking spots at both familiar as well as new and challenging locations. You will be responsible for launching new locations and making them ParkBee ready for our users, but also ensuring the owner and tenants are onboard. This means that you will be handling multiple fast paced projects at the same time, all requiring alignment with stakeholders and hitting tight deadlines. You will need to be proactive and always ready to go! Of course, you won’t be doing this alone. You will be part of the Project Management team; together you will get things going and obtain the right support from others within our organisation. As part of our team, you will also contribute to scaling our business by identifying and implementing smart solutions in our processes. Looking for independence while working in a tight team? You are proactive, make things happen and are an absolute team player. You show initiative and flourish when given freedom. Moreover:
- You have strong project management skills, are an effective time manager and have a go-getter mentality;
- You have strong interpersonal skills and see giving and receiving feedback as valuable input to learn and improve;
- You are analytical and have a great eye for detail while still keeping the bigger picture in mind;
- You’re not afraid of a challenge and are willing to travel through the Netherlands on a regular basis;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office / Google applications;
- The ability to speak and write in Dutch and English.
